I’ve spent more than three decades in senior finance and leadership roles, including ten years as CFO of Ben & Jerry’s and leadership positions at Seventh Generation. My work has spanned established companies, high-growth businesses, and startups — always with a focus on building sound financial strategies that enable organizations to thrive.
In 2016, I founded Working Fields, a mission-driven staffing agency created to support individuals facing barriers to employment. Through that work, I developed a deep appreciation for resilience, accountability, and the ways strong financial leadership can transform not only organizations but also communities.
My career has also been shaped by my own journey of resilience. More than twenty years ago, I made a serious mistake that carried lasting consequences and ultimately became a turning point in my life.
That experience deepened my integrity, strengthened my commitment to accountability, and instilled in me a powerful belief in second chances. Since then, I’ve rebuilt my career through honesty, hard work, and a passion for helping organizations succeed.
I bring not only technical expertise in finance, but also the perspective of someone who has navigated real challenges — and come through stronger.
Through Warp & Woof CFO, I partner with organizations that need trusted financial guidance, practical strategies, and the confidence that their organization’s future is in capable hands.
